When you purchase a product from Foundrykit, you receive a personal-use license: you may use the template or prompt pack for your own business or client work. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves, whole or in part, as your own product.

Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and written content remain the intellectual property of Foundrykit (or its licensors, for any PLR/MRR-sourced components) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Acceptable Use

• No sharing of download links or files with people who have not purchased.
• No claiming authorship of the underlying template design or prompt structure when reselling services built using it.

Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is." Foundrykit is not liable for business outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the templates or prompts.
