Shipping policy

All products sold by Foundrykit ("we," "us") are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

• Delivery method: an automatic download link is emailed to the address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed, via the Digital Downloads app.
• Delivery time: instant to 15 minutes. If you haven't received your download within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then contact [support email].
• Access: download links remain valid for [90 days / unlimited — set per your app's settings]. We recommend saving your files locally after download.
• Technical requirements: Notion templates require a free Notion account; Canva templates require a free or Canva Pro account; PDF prompt packs require any PDF reader.
