Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download link has been issued, except in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its product description.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The wrong product was delivered due to a system error.

To request a refund under these conditions, email supportfoundry@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Because digital files can be copied, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind, "didn't work for my use case," or after a download link has been used, outside the cases listed above.
